In partnership with Arts Council England and Casemates Studios, Portsmouth Creates will be hosting a funding session that will support the development of the grassroots music sector in Portsmouth.

This funding is available to rehearsal and recording studios, festival promoters, and venues for live and electronic music performances working at the grassroots of the music industry.
