After a lot of hard work, long discussions, planning and structuring, we’re excited to tell you that on Thursday 21^st November, Portsmouth Creates will officially launch.

Existing to help ensure everyone gets to take part and enjoy what Portsmouth’s dynamic cultural scene has to offer, Portsmouth Creates will announce itself formally to the city during the cities Commercial Road Christmas Lights Switch On event. We recommend those in attendance keep their eyes peeled to the skies for a surprise as we announce our first exciting pledge to the city.

Cllr Steve Pitt Cabinet Member for Culture and City Development said;

“Portsmouth Creates is an exciting opportunity to develop a new cultural and creative sector to develop the city’s creative industries and support culturally led economic and sociological regeneration.  I look forward to hearing more about the plans and opportunities this will generate at the event on 21 November.”
